Report Pack

Updated over 5 months ago

The reporting pack feature allows you to collate reports and add your own pages to be downloaded as one document.

You will see the tab at the top of your reports page. As you add the reports to the pack you will see the below page. Here you can also add PDF documents to the pack, such as cover pages, summary reports etc.

To add to the Report you will need to go back to the reports tab at the top of the page. Then select the data required using the report filters like normal. Once the report has been generated you will need to scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Add to Report Pack’.

This will add it to the report pack page ready for you to reorder as you add more reports. You can repeat these steps until you have added all the reports you wish to add to the pack. Your report data will save the selected date and data types for your reports and once you download the pack – the reports will be re-run using the data previously selected, Giving you the most up-to-date information as any changes to the report will also be included.

Once you have added a report to the pack you will be able to see it listed under the report pack tab. You can download the pack with as little as one report or have multiple reports included. You can also have the same report type with different data ranges included.

The reports by default are listed in the order they have been added, but you can rearrange them to your preferred order using the 3 dots alongside the report.

You will see the following options to reorder or remove reports/documents

Once you are happy with the contents and order of the report pack, you can download it by clicking 'Download Report Pack'. Once downloaded the Report Pack will be viewed as a PDF document, with the reports in order that you organised them in on Voly
