How do I Set up a Cornerstone On Demand integration

Here you can find information on how to set-up an integration between VONQ and Cornerstone On Demand.

An important requirement is that you have the Cornerstone API license. Please check internally (IT or HRIS team) if you have this before submitting your integration request.

If you have a API license then follow these steps.

  1. Submit an integration request at Cornerstone and, if applicable, your Cornerstone implementation partner. 

  2. Inform your account manager at VONQ that you have submitted an integration request. 

  3. VONQ reaches out to Cornerstone and implementation partner to pick up the integration.

  4. VONQ builds directly on your Cornerstone Production environment, due to the low risk of this integration. We don't interfere with your processes because we only fetch job data.

  5. VONQ needs OAuth API credentials

  6. Your technical team at VONQ will start building the integration once we've received all necessary information from Cornerstone. 

  7. Your technical team at VONQ is responsible for the mapping of data

  8. Your technical team at VONQ will test the integration and activate it once all the work is done
