Recruitment Analytics with VONQ gives the possibility to capture multiple aspects of a job candidates’ journey providing insights into campaign performance, relevant career site metrics and geolocation profile of incoming traffic. Similar to other tracking solutions, VONQ RA uses a mix of HTML/Javascript code snippets, anonymous session cookies and a collector server backend to capture the events happening on a customer’s career site. 

This data is then anonymized, processed, enriched and finally delivered to our platform for visualization.
