Can we drill down on a more detailed level (for instance geo location)?

We are capturing GEO location in most of the cases, but not all of them.

We also define GEO location by ip which is not 100% reliable, people use tors networks and proxy. So it's only suitable for the basic understanding of geography and not to track every applicant.
