VONQ Recruitment Analytics and Google Analytics measure different things in a different way.

RA is targeting specific parts of the user journey which not always can be correlated to funnels, goals or conversions set in Google Analytics.

Collected raw data is also filtered in different ways for bot traffic, which in turn can lead to data skews.
