Recruitment Analytics tracking cookie

What is it and what happens with the tracking if a visitor declines the data processing agreement and doesn't accept the RA cookie?

What type of cookie is Recruitment Analytics?

Recruitment Analytics by VONQ is a tracking service that tells us how candidates are using our career site to help us improve our recruitment marketing efforts.

What happens with the tracking, if a visitor of the career site declines the data processing agreement and doesn't accept the RA cookie?

It's possible that a visitor to your website declines the data processing agreement and doesn't want to place the cookie. In this case it's the responsibility of a customer to implement this solution on their website in the way it will be executed only after consent from a visitor is received. It works exactly the same way as it works with other cookies and cookie policies of our customers.

And will that affect the reporting in Recruitment Analytics?

If a visitor doesn't give his consent, and our tracking solution is not executed (as mentioned earlier it's the responsibility of a client to do this correct), we don't have any information about this particular visitor. No actions of his will be displayed in the dashboards. He may surf the website, apply to several jobs, but we won't be seeing it nor showing it in the results.
