Purpose of showing Job Pages

You've installed Recruitment Analytics and with this latest update you'll get more insights in how candidates are behaving on your career site.

Until recently we only showed the data for those vacancies that have a campaign, while we gather the number of unique visitors for all your vacancies.

With the release of Job Pages we also show you the visitors to the vacancies on your job page that you do not have a campaign for. On this page you can easily compare the page views from your regular jobs with the jobs you have a campaign for. This way you can easily start a campaign to boost the interest in your vacancy and attract more applicants.

Where can I find this information?

Within your Job Marketing Platform account you can find the information underneath the link to your Analytics, when you click on the Job Pages link you will see this data.

What data do I see with this latest update?

On the job pages overview you will see the number of unique visitors to your job description page from your vacancies in the last 90 days. These are both the vacancies with an active campaign as well as the vacancies that do not have a campaign.

In the future we will also offer you the possibility to directly distinguish between vacancies which have an active campaign and those which don’t. So the comparison will become easier for you.

Please be aware that some of the campaigns drive traffic directly to the application form and not to the job description page. This traffic is not shown on this Job Page dashboard as we only show traffic from the job description page here.

Eventually this will result in a difference in the numbers between the job description page of the vacancy with a campaign and the campaign in general. As on the general campaign we show the total amount of all the different steps an applicant can take (Vacancy page, job description page, application form and application success page) while on the Job Pages we only show the job description page visitors.

How often will this data be refreshed / updated?

This page will be updated hourly on average (at most every 1.5 hours)

Why can’t I adjust the 90 days time frame?

This functionality is currently in development and will be added in the future.

Why do I see strange titles instead of the actual vacancy titles?

Do you see titles for your jobs like 'search for our vacancies' 'unspecified job title' or another unexpected title?

As we take this information from the page title on your website it's not something that we have any influence on. In cases like this we suggest to get in touch with your website builder, or the department that manages your website to change this so you will see actual titles.

Stay tuned for further development of this feature, in case you have any questions please use the chat option in the bottom right of this screen. Or send us an email at support@vonq.com.
