What browser works with the VONQ platform?

VONQ is built and tested to work on the following web browsers. It may work on other browsers, but these are not officially supported.

Web browser support for the VONQ app:

  • Google Chrome: Latest version

  • Safari: Latest version

  • Edge: Latest version

  • Firefox: Latest version

  • Internet Explorer: 11

Latest version means that we support the current stable version of the browser.

Any problem with the VONQ platform in the above browsers should be reported as a bug. 

If you find that you are using an outdated browser, you can update it here. If you find issues using VONQ with any of our supported browsers, please let us know by contacting us at support@vonq.com

Unsupported Browsers

While the VONQ platform might work without major issues on Mobile or in older browser versions, we do not actively test in them and generally do not fix bugs that may appear in them.

Similarly, VONQ does not fix bugs in pre-release versions of browsers, such as beta or dev releases. If you find a bug with the VONQ platform in a pre-release of a browser, you should report the bug to the browser vendor.
