Recruitment Analytics 

VONQ B.V. (“VONQ”) is an external company that processes your IP-address which is personal data, because you are visiting the website of [company name]. VONQ has provided up to four (4) code snippets to the host of this website to use. These are used as tracking cookies. These snippets are placed at:

  1. The job overview page and/or

  2. The job description page and/or

  3. The application form and/or

  4. The application success page. 

The snippets process your IP-address and the clicks you make on the above-mentioned pages. Your IP-address is immediately anonymised with a raw copy kept for thirty (30) days for backup purposes. After this time, your IP-address is permanently deleted. This processing allows [company name] to see anonymous statistics about the page views in VONQ’s platform created for recruiters (platform.vonq.com).

The statistics that are collected:

  • Where visitors come from to get to the vacancy (referral website and country);

  • How many visitors view the vacancy;

  • How many visitors view the application form;

  • How many applicants submit their application.

The information is collected during sessions of one hour (60 minutes) when inactive. After this time of non-activity, a new session shall be counted and you will be seen as a new visitor.
