Recruitment Analytics tabs

You have installed Recruitment Analytics and with that you will get more insights in how candidates are behaving on your career site.

We don’t only show the data for vacancies that you have a campaign for, but also show the number of unique visitors for all the vacancies that are on your career page. This information is available in the Jobs tab. See the screenshot below in the Jobs Tab section.

On this page you can see the interest in your regular jobs. If you would like to boost interest in these vacancies you can easily start a campaign with the click of a button.

Where can I find this information?

All this information is accessible via the Analytics tab in your menu.

Under Analytics you will find your Campaigns overview, your campaign results detail pages and job page insights. What data do I see here?

Tab: Campaigns

Here you can find results of all your VONQ campaigns that you started. In the campaigns tab you see the Visitors of the Job Page, Application Form views and the number of applicants. You also see the date the campaign was created, its creator and the status (Live, Ordered, Draft, Expired).

Tab: Jobs

The Jobs tab contains all the jobs from your own company career website. These jobs do not have a campaign, but are collected because you have implemented Recruitment Analytics on your career site.On the job pages overview you will see the number of unique visitors to your job page on your website, the number of visitors of the apply form and the total number of applicants. You also have the option to create a campaign for this vacancy.

In order to see all the vacancy information on this page as well. A so-called Customer reference ID needs to be added to your Recruitment Analytics implementation. The CustomerReferenceID is something that must be provided by you. This value can be any identifier that can uniquely identify the job from your system perspective. This system can be your website or your ATS (Applicant Tracking System). This CustomerReferenceID can for instance be the job ID, the title or any other value that fits the purpose.

Please contact your website builder or ATS; they can also get directly in touch with support@vonq.com in case there are any questions. We are happy to help.

Filter your campaigns

In your Campaign tab it is possible to filter your campaigns on creator, date and status. No need to scroll through the entire list to find that one campaign you’re looking for.

Next to filtering you can also search by title and name, making your campaigns easy to find. Just start typing in the search field.

How often will this data be refreshed / updated?
