Why have you added a text editor?
Reason we have added this is to give you full control over how you would like to see your vacancy text on the different job boards. This will also result in less back-and-forth between you and us in order to get your vacancy right.
With a filled-in text editor, we can push the job description directly to the jobboard without manual intervention from our Operations team, resulting in jobs going live much faster.
How to use the text editor?
The text editor works as your average Word or Website text editor. You can easily copy/paste your vacancy text from your website, Word- or PDF file.
Note: The rich-text editor automatically takes in formatted text (headlines, bold paragraphs etc.) to keep your workload low.
Note: Using the Enter key will result in a new paragrah. To have your text start on a new line instead of a new paragraph please press Shift+Enter.
For further editing of your text the following options are available:
This will make your text bold
This will make your text italic
Bullets or numbered list
Alignment of your text, left, center or right
Link or unlink your text.
Note. Some job boards do not allow hyperlinks in the text. Be sure to validate this.
Clear your formatting. Strip your text from formatting.

If you like to have more space available to work on your text, click on this icon. The edit field will become bigger

When do I upload a Word/PDF file?
Most German job boards work with HTML placements. If your vacancy text requires a design, with a header, footer and other design elements then it is required that you upload your vacancy text in PDF / Word format.
Why do I still have to give the links to the job description / application form?
We need these links to link to the correct pages on your homepage. Some job boards / pages link to the job description, others link to the application form. Without these links we cannot post your job.
Can I still make adjustments to my text after I have placed my order?
The job description that you have filled in, will be used in the job posts. We urge you to double check the vacancy text before placing your order as changes after the order placement cannot be done.
