What can I do?
With two clicks you can permanently take your campaign(s) offline in the platform.
How does it work?
By clicking on the stop campaign button you will request for your campaign to be taken offline. After this you will see a confirmation pop-up asking if you are sure that you want to take this campaign offline. After you confirmed this your request is sent to our Operations team.
How soon will my campaign go offline?
Automated channels will go offline right away, channels that don't have an automated process in place will take up to 24 hours to process the request.
What happens in the VONQ platform?
After all your channels are offline the campaign status will be changed from Live to Expired.
Can I select certain channels to go offline instead of my entire campaign?
This is not possible, you can only take the entire campaign offline.
Can I put my campaign live again after the request is processed?
No, this request will permanently take your campaign offline. If you want to post again that can only be done by placing a new order.
