What do the different statuses of the channels mean?

What does the Product Status include?

After purchasing a campaign you can see the status of the different channels in the VONQ Job Marketing Platform.

The status shows the exact start and end date of the different channels. Besides that you can see how long a channel has been online and how long it will remain online.

The different statuses for a channel are: not processed, pending, online and finished. With the product status you will be fully up to date on the latest status of the channels in your campaign.

How does this benefit me?

You will always be up to date on the latest status of the channels in your campaign. In the past you received a manual campaign status e-mail after all the channels in your campaign were online. With Product Status you don’t have to wait for this email anymore but you can see the status directly in the platform. It will also help you in taking actions. Is your campaign expiring? You can easily copy the campaign and start a new one immediately.

Where do I find it?

To see the status of your orders you only have to log in to the Job Marketing Platform. You can find this information on the campaign overview page via the drop down option under each campaign. Just click on it and all information will be visible.
