What does it mean when it says “Your first order on this channel takes up to X working days.”?

Certain channels require an account setup first, before you are able to post on them. The account creation is done by the channel themselves and they can take up to a certain amount of days for this.

Usually this is only necessary for your first order on the channel. However there are some channels that require this setup every time. This will always be shown in your shopping cart.

Does it really take up to X days to process the order for a specific channel or campaign?

The time given is an average based on previous orders we have done. Actual processing time may be faster depending on your situation and the channel.

Why are you showing processing time per channel?

With the addition of the processing time per channel we strive to be more transparent about our delivery times and give you the best indication of when the ads for different channels in your campaign will be online.

The processing times are averages and we may process your order sooner than expected.

Where can I find the processing time information for the channel I would like to order?

You can find this information under the “More information” link on each channel tile in the marketplace as well as in your shopping basket.
