Looking to get access to your Vooma account? Look no further.

To get a Vooma account, contact your Vooma admin or Vooma support (support@vooma.ai).

You'll receive an email inviting you to the platform, with instructions to set your password.

Then, log into app.vooma.ai with your newly set password to access the platform.

Note: Vooma will default to showing only your loads. Remove the “Team Member” filter in the top left to see all loads.

Vooma admin-only functionality:

To add a new member to your Vooma organization,

  1. Navigate to the settings gear in the bottom left corner.

  2. Click ‘Invite User’.

  3. Enter in the user’s email, and select the appropriate Role.

    1. Members are able to access the platform to build loads and quotes.

    2. Admins have full Member functionality, and are also able to add new users.
