To get Vooma set up in Front, first, an organization IT admin will need to create organization level credentials. Then, each Vooma user will need to set up the extension in Front.

IT admins

  1. Install the Front application from the Front App store.

    1. Click 'Manage' in the right sidebar. Then click the blue 'Go to all plugins' button. Search for 'Vooma'.

  2. Follow the instructions in the app:

    1. Create a Front API token.

      1. Name it whatever you need to be recognizable as your Vooma Front token.

      2. When prompted, select the 'Private' and 'Shared' resources.

    2. Enter in the API token value in the Vooma integrations page.

    3. Refresh the add-in.
