You will receive a direct in-app message inside the VOOV app after the show with details on how to make payment and how to provide us with your delivery address. We only accept EFTs and money transfers from all major retailers at this moment.  

Please note: We will never contact you via the “PM” section of your inbox. If you find any fraudulent behaviour of suspicious VOOV users asking you for payment, please report it immediately to support@voov.co.za.
