VOOV will contact you via a direct in-app message on the VOOV app. Direct in-app  messages can be found in the “Messages” section (see “System Messages”) after tapping on the VOOV profile icon. A red dot on your VOOV profile icon and on the “Messages” section will indicate that a message is in your inbox. We will provide the details for making payment for the product, and collect your delivery address and contact details. Please note: We will never contact you via the “PM” section of your inbox. If you find any fraudulent behaviour of suspicious VOOV users asking you for payment, please report it immediately to support@voov.co.za. 

Please note: We will never ask you for your banking details.
