How often is the data updated in the Voxy Command Center?
The data within the Voxy Command Center is updated approximately every 2 hours or so.
How far back can I retrieve data in the Voxy Command Center?
Clients with access to the Voxy Command Center will be able to retrieve data for up to 1.5 years in the past. If you need a report with data from more than 1.5 years ago, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
