Voxy customers may use the "Manage Learners" report to get detailed usage and profile data on each learner. The report is highly configurable and enables customers to retrieve a number of different reports. Watch the following video or read the article below to learn to get the best use of it:
Search and Filter
You can use the search and filter tools to quickly find the information you are looking for and make the report customized to the kind of information you want to see. For more detailed instructions on search and filter, check this article.
To Search:
Click inside the ‘Filter Results’ text box.
Type any text or numerical values you are looking for.
Hit ‘Enter’ on your keyboard to execute the search.
To remove the search, delete the text or numerical values from the search bar and click outside the search bar, OR click on the X button on the right side of the search bar.

To Filter search results:
Click on the Filter icon
on the right side of the dashboard
Three options will appear: Active Status, Feature Group and Last Login Date, each one with their own filters.
Select which filters you want to apply to or hide from your search.
NOTE: Selecting and deselecting filters will automatically be applied.
To close the selection box, click anywhere outside the box.
To Modify the Date Range:
By default, the date range for the report is displayed for the last 30 days. You can easily edit the date range you are viewing data in by clicking on the dropdown menu displaying the current date range. You can also select a custom date range and enter any date range you choose.
NOTE: In the report, there are 6 columns related to the Voxy Proficiency Assessment (VPA). Notably, there are columns named "First VPA level", "First VPA score", "First VPA date".
These fields are directly related to the date range selected. If the date range selected is "last 90 days", then the fields that refer to First VPA, will represent the first VPA taken in the last 90 days. The same logic applies for the "Last VPA" fields.
If the learner has only taken 1 VPA in the date period selected, then data will be the same for "first" and "last" fields.
If the learner has not taken any VPAs in the date period selected, all fields will return blank.
Exporting Data:
Download raw learner data in Excel and CSV formats to perform more advanced independent analysis and create custom reports. Data can be exported for the entire organization or for a specific subset of learners:
Start by selecting and deselecting the columns you want to export, as instructed above.
At the top of the Command Center, click on the
icon and select either CSV or Excel to begin the download process.
Once the download has started, you will see a small notification appear at the left bottom of the screen. From here, you can choose to cancel your download by clicking on ‘Cancel’ and confirming it.
Access the Settings menu on the left, signified by a Gear icon:
From there, you can click on Downloaded Reports in order to download your newly created CSV or Excel report.
