Viewing Your Learning Report in Credits, Minutes, or Hours

What it does

Some readers of your report think in credits, others think in time spent learning. Instead of converting numbers by hand, you can now switch the entire report to the unit that works best for your audience, and everything updates instantly.

How to use it

  1. Go to the Manage Learning Report in your VCC.

  2. Look for the unit filter on the right-hand side of the screen.

  3. Select Credits, Minutes, or Hours.

  4. All credit-based columns update immediately, and each column header shows the active unit in parentheses (for example, Credits Used (Hours)), so it's always clear what you're looking at.

  5. When you download the report, it exports in the same unit you had selected on screen — no extra step, no re-checking after export.

Which columns are affected

The unit filter applies to these four columns only:

  • Credits Used

  • Credits Available

  • Purchased Credits Available

  • Membership Credits Available

All other columns in the report are unaffected by this filter.

Conversion reference

1 credit = 15 minutes = 0.25 hours

For example, 6 credits = 90 minutes = 1.5 hours.

Frequently asked questions

Can I view different columns in different units at the same time? No. The filter is global — the unit you select applies across all four credit-based columns at once.

Does my downloaded report use the unit I had selected on screen? Yes. The file you download reflects whichever unit — credits, minutes, or hours — was active at the time of export.

Where do I find the filter? On the right-hand side of the Manage Learning Report screen inside the VCC.

What's the conversion rate? 1 credit = 15 minutes = 0.25 hours.
