Step 1: Check your inbox for an activation email
In most cases, your account is already ready and waiting. Your company's HR or training team has created your account, and Voxy has sent you an activation email to the address registered by your organization.
Open the email and click "Activate my Account."
Step 2: Create your password
After clicking the link, you'll be redirected to Voxy's platform. Set your password — it must contain:
At least 8 characters
At least one uppercase letter
At least one number
Step 3: Start learning!
That's it! You can now log in at app.voxy.com using your email and the password you just created.
Didn't receive the activation email?
Check your spam or junk folder.
Make sure you're looking in the inbox for the email address registered by your company.
If you still can't find it, contact your HR or training manager to confirm which email was used.
Do you have an activation code instead?
A small number of programs use an activation code rather than an email link. If your company provided you with a code, follow these steps:
Go to the Voxy Login Page and click on "I have a code."
Enter your code and click "Continue."
Enter your personal details and select your native language.
Set your password and confirm it. It must contain at least 8 characters, one uppercase letter, and at least one number. Click "Activate."
Note for Corporate Users
If your company uses Integrated Login Authentication (SSO), your login process is even simpler! You don’t need to manually activate your account; you can simply use your existing work credentials.
Follow these steps to log in:
Go to the Login Page: Visit app.voxy.com.
Enter Your Email: Type in your corporate email address.
Click Your Company Button: Instead of a password field, you will see a specific button for your company’s authenticator (see the images below). Click it to proceed.
Log In via Your Portal: You will be redirected to your company’s internal portal. Simply enter your standard work email and password as you normally do for work.
If you experience any issues logging into your company portal with your password, please contact your internal IT department or HR manager for assistance. Since your organization manages these credentials directly, they are best equipped to help you resolve any access issues.
And that’s it! You are now ready to start studying with Voxy.
