After downloading the Voxy app on your device—from the Google Play Store for Android or from the App Store for iPhone—you can access your account in one of two ways:
a) Directly log in
b) Login via mobile link
Follow the steps below to successfully log in:
Direct log in
Open the Voxy app, enter your email address, and click on Continue
2. You will be redirected to the page where you can enter your password. Please input your password and click on Continue. After that, you will be redirected to your personalized Voxy account!
Login via mobile link
Open the Voxy app and click, type the email address associated with your Voxy account and click on Email me a Link
2. Open the email sent by the Voxy support team and click on Go to Voxy.
* Heads up! The password reset email will be sent in the same language as your Voxy account settings. Make sure to open the email on the device you'd like to use to access your account.
You will then be redirected to your personalized Voxy account!
