How do I get my referral link?
Log in to your Give & Gain portal at vrtoapp.referral-factory.com/chvgwFcC/signup using your VRTO email address. Your unique link is there waiting for you. It never changes, so you can save it and share it whenever you like.
I've forgotten my link — how do I get it back?
Your link never expires and never changes. Head to vrtoapp.referral-factory.com/chvgwFcC/signup, click "Already have an account? Log in here", and enter your VRTO email address. Your link will be right there.
I shared my link but haven't been credited yet — why?
Credits are applied when your referral converts to a paid VRTO subscription — not when they click your link or sign up. If they have joined as a paying member and you haven't received your credit, it may be because they signed up using a different email address than the one your link was sent to. Contact our support team and we can look into it for you.
When does my credit get applied?
Your credit is applied automatically to your account once your referral's subscription is confirmed. It will offset your next weekly charges — you don't need to do anything to claim it.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No limit. Every referral earns the same reward. Refer as many people as you like — you and your friend both earn two weeks free each time.
Can my friend use any email address to sign up?
Yes, but for the referral to be tracked correctly they need to sign up via your unique link — not by going directly to the VRTO website. Make sure you send them your personal Give & Gain link and that they use it to sign up.
I'm new to VRTO — can I still get the referee reward?
Yes. If someone sent you a Give & Gain link, click it and sign up through that link. Your two weeks free will be applied to your account once your subscription is confirmed.
