In order to enable the VSA 10 RD connection to the system you will need to configure the following options in the "Server Admin > Endpoint Policies > System > Remote Desktop" section.

You can also configure this setting on the VSA 10 Agent itself. However, the Web App Policy settings (if applied to the same machine) will always take precedence over the individual agent settings.

Also, Policies are naturally more convenient for applying such monitoring rules, as they can be applied to multiple machines simultaneously.

To configure this setting on the Agent, go to the "System > Remote Control" tab.

Remote Desktop enables you to connect to all monitored computers and control any remote or console session. Use VSA 10 Remote Control Application to connect to any active remote desktop sessions or to the console session on the remote computer. Right click on a system and select “Remote Desktop” to get started.

Type “VSA X Remote Control” in the taskbar search. Once you open the application you must login with your VSA 10 credentials and the URL.
