First, you will need to configure one machine and then export the settings including your account details to a password-protected file.

Then, you need to give the customer the VSA 10 Agent installer and this configuration file (with password). Your client should install the VSA 10 agent and then import this file into the

VSA 10 Manager using the password. If you open the VSA 10 Manager, the configuration import / export options can be found at the bottom of the screen.
