If you are unable to add a probe because all systems are marked as read only, it may be that you have incorrectly configured the Device Access Policy or the Default Access Policy, which allows you only to view the system. In order to check this open the VSA 10 webapp -> Account -> Devices -> select the device which is used -> and make sure that the Access Type for the device is set to Full Access.
