In this article, you will find several sections that cover how to use the entire VSCO app. This includes your Studio, Editing, Saving, Profile, Capture, Share, Explore and Discover.
Studio
Your Studio is where you import and manage photos and videos before editing.
Open the VSCO app.
Tap the Studio icon (bottom center).
In Studio, you can:
Import media from your Camera Roll / Gallery.
Access media captured in VSCO Capture.
Start edits.
Note: Imported media in Studio are references to original media in your Camera Roll / Gallery.

Privacy note: Media in your Studio is private. Media posted to your VSCO Profile is public.
To edit:
Tap a photo or video in Studio.
Tap the Edit icon.
Edit one item at a time.
Montage (VSCO Pro)
To create and save a Montage project in VSCO:
Open the VSCO app and go to Studio.
Select a photo or video.
Tap More at the bottom of the screen.
Tap Montage.
Add media and make your edits.
Tap Next.
Slide the save options and choose Save Draft.
Note: Montage is available with an active VSCO Pro membership. If you don’t see Montage in More, confirm your app is updated and your Pro membership is active.

VSCO Editing
To start editing:
Select a photo or video.
Tap the Edit icon.
You can edit with:
Presets
Toolkit adjustments
Presets
Tap a preset to apply it.
Tap the same preset again to adjust strength and related options.
Classic presets include a strength slider. Film X presets include strength, character, and warmth controls.

When done, tap the checkmark to confirm.

Toolkit
To open the Toolkit:
Select media.
Tap the Edit icon.
In Toolkit, you can fine-tune your photo or video.
Swipe left/right in the tool bar to view more tools.
Tap Next when finished.
Saving
After tapping Next in the editor, saving/sharing options may include:
Share to…
Post to VSCO
Save to Camera Roll
Share Recipe
Sync to Cloud (membership feature availability may vary)
Profile
To post to your VSCO Profile:
In Studio, select the media you want to post.
Tap the Post icon.
Add an optional caption or hashtag.
Tap the checkmark to publish.
Note: Posts on your VSCO Profile are public.
Capture
To capture a photo with in-app VSCO camera, tap on your Studio icon and then tap on the Camera iconin the upper right corner.
On Android, tap on the camera icon.
Tap the shutter button to take a photo. On iOS, you can tap on DSCO to capture an animated GIF.
Share
To share a photo or video, tap on the media you wish to share in your Studio, tap on the Share icon.
Explore
Tap on the Home icon to access your Feed.
Here, you will find updates from the VSCO Collection and from the creators you follow.
Discover
To search for new and inspiring educational content tap on the Discover icon
From here you can search for people, photos and videos, Montages, and journal posts on VSCO by tapping on the Search icon
To find Suggested users, connect with Contacts or see your Followers or who you are Following tap on the Follow icon in your Feed.
If you tap on the + icon in the top right corner, you will be able to search by the VSCO username to Follow the account.
