How to Manage Your VSCO Subscription with Web Pay

Managing your VSCO subscription purchased on the web is simple and straightforward. Whether you want to unlock more features with an upgrade or cancel your plan, we’re here to guide you through the process. For all web purchases made through Stripe, follow the steps below, as all cancellations and upgrades must be handled through Stripe.

If you purchased your subscription via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must manage your plan directly through those platforms, more information can be found here.

How to Upgrade Your VSCO Subscription on Web

Ready to unlock more features? If you do not have a VSCO membership yet simply click here and select the subscription you would like.

If you are a Plus Member wanting to upgrade to Pro, follow these steps to upgrade your web subscription seamlessly:

Go to vsco.co and sign in to your account.

Click the Account option in the bottom left corner.

Scroll down to the Manage My Subscription section and select Manage Billing.

You will be directed to the Stripe billing platform and be prompted to provide the registered email for the account.

Check your email for the Stripe portal link and click Log in. (Don’t forget to check your spam or promotions folder if it’s not in your inbox)

In the Stripe portal, click Update plan.

Select your desired plan, click Continue, and confirm the transaction to complete your upgrade.

How to Cancel Your VSCO Subscription on Web

If you’re looking to cancel your web subscription, you must do so on your own as VSCO is unable to process cancellations on your behalf. Here's how to do it quickly:

Go to vsco.co and sign in to your account.

Click the Account option in the bottom left corner.

Scroll down to the Manage My Subscription section and select Manage Billing.

You will be directed to the Stripe billing platform and be prompted to provide the registered email for the account.

Check your email for the Stripe portal link and click Log in. (Don’t forget to check your spam or promotions folder if it’s not in your inbox)

Here you are able to complete the cancellation process in the Stripe portal.

Countries Where Web Pay is Supported

Subscribing to VSCO Membership on the web is currently only available in the US and select countries listed below. If you are unable to subscribe on the web, you can subscribe to a VSCO membership through our iOS and Android Apps.

FAQs

How do I know if my subscription was purchased through Stripe or the App Store/Play Store?

If your subscription was purchased on the web, your invoice emails will come from Stripe. You also won’t see your membership in your Apple App Store or Google Play Store subscriptions.


Can I use my VSCO subscription purchased on the web on iOS or Android?

Yes, you can access your subscription purchased on the web on different platforms. However, note that Pro membership is not available on Android at this time. Make sure you’re signed into the same VSCO account on all platforms to enjoy your subscription.

Why was my card declined when attempting to purchase a VSCO Membership on the Web when I know my card is active?

You may not be located in one of the countries where subscribing to VSCO Membership on the web is available. If your country is listed above, attempt the purchase again with a different card.

My country is not on the list, when will it be included?

We do not have any updates at this time regarding expanding our list of support countries for web payments.


I’m trying to create a VSCO Site on iOS, but it won’t let me upgrade. Why is that?

If you can’t upgrade on iOS when trying to use Pro features like VSCO Sites, it’s likely your subscription was originally purchased through the VSCO website. Web subscriptions must be managed directly on vsco.co. Follow the steps in the “How to Upgrade Your Web Subscription” section to make changes.
