Emotional Support Resources

Updated over 4 months ago

There are times when the problems we face may seem insurmountable and we feel lost. In these moments, please know that you’re not alone and that immediate help is available for you.

If you're in crisis, text “HOME” to 741741 to connect with a trained Crisis Text Line Counselor in the US for free, 24/7, confidential support.

If you are in need of support, it can be helpful to talk to somebody like a family member, a friend or confidant, or a counselor about what you are going through. For free peer support from others like you, try Koko.

For self-help, we are partnering with Koko to provide the following free mini-courses:

Supporting the VSCO Community

We do our best to support and protect our VSCO community by preventing content that features, glorifies, or encourages self-harm. If you come across content that you believe may be triggering to an individual in the VSCO community, please report it to us so that our Trust & Safety Team can review and take proper action.

If you are concerned about someone, contacting them personally and encouraging them to get specialized support may be helpful. To report concerning content of this nature, tap on the Options iconin the top right corner of the screen, select Report, and select the reason for the report as “Self-harm or Suicidal”.

If you believe someone to be an immediate risk to themselves please contact your local law enforcement.
