Medium & smaller retailers
To your key accounts, Vibrant supports you to automate the delivery of product data & images without them having to be a user at Vuuh. We do that, by creating templates and automations that enable your biggest clients to receive the data as they wish, without all the manual working hours you put in today on filling out and adjusting spreadsheets to fit their requirements.
Your medium & smaller retailers are the ones we highly incentivize you to invite to Vuuh. By inviting these retailers, you not only streamline the source of product data & image exchange to happen on a single place. But you become able to cater to all your retailers, regardless of size with rich product data & images, easily accessible. Making you even better to do business with.
Getting started with your invitations
As an initial step to invite your retailers to join Vuuh - ensure you have completed all prior steps to this. By doing so, when your retailers sign-up to Vuuh, the whole system will be up and running, making it a smooth transition for both you and your retailers when starting with Vuuh.
Contact your Customer Success Manager that you are ready to invite your retailers.
The CSM will get back to you with the following
Co-branded landing page
Email copy suggestions
Webinar session suggestions
Together, you will build a list of retailers to be invited & the CSM will identify if any are already using Vuuh.
Your CSM will update the materials and add webinar sessions according to the response of the retailers.
Vuuh's team will take over the onboarding of all retailers who sign-up to connect with your brand(s)
💡The invitations are always sent via the brands - as you already have an established relationship with the requested retailer, but we do our best to give you the best materials to support you getting everyone using Vuuh.
