When you upload your first collection file, the platform uses this structure as a reference for any future collection files. Ensure that your subsequent uploads maintain a similar structure to avoid recognition issues. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to do it:
Go to the Collections tab.
Click on the Upload a collection button to start the process.
In the pop-up window, type in the Name of your collection.
After entering the collection name, click Next to proceed to the file upload step.
Select the file from your computer and click on Add to upload the collection.
If this is your first collection upload, please note that it may take up to 4 days for the collection to be reviewed. After your collection is uploaded and approved, you can review the products within the collection and edit their data by going to the Products page.
