The Vuzix M300XL and M300 include a barcode scanning engine with a license for the most common symbologies.

Developers may leverage this barcode engine in their own applications via the Vuzix Barcode SDK. This SDK provides multiple options for integrating barcode scanning into your applications.

The easiest integration uses an intent to launch the Vuzix scanner user interface. The more advanced integration allows your application to embed the scanner directly into your own user interface, and process offline image captures.

Additional symbologies may be scanned using this SDK by providing a paid license key.
