If you receive an error message stating 'Sorry, there was a problem when uploading your image. Please try again' when trying to upload a steer, and you're unable to see the images when you view steer reports, your internal network might be blocking this.

The Vypr platform uses AWS S3 for storing uploaded images.
If your internal network restricts access to certain websites you may have to "whitelist" the following URL.

It's important for the URL to be unrestricted to ensure the platform can be used correctly. It is used for downloading and uploading images across the platform.
