We're enhancing our consumer panels, specifically for customers interacting with the French and German markets. These updates are designed to enhance efficiency, improve quality, and offer more value to our customers. Below, you'll find everything you need to know about these upcoming changes.

Our primary goal is to continuously improve and offer the best possible experience to our customers. We've identified opportunities to:

  • Elevate Quality Standards: Deliver better data and insights with a bigger more representative panel.

  • Expand Functionality: Introduce new features like video inputs to better meet your needs.

As we expand beyond France and Germany into international markets, we’re committed to thinking big and acting even bigger, ensuring we continue to deliver top-notch service.


What You Can Expect.

Our new managed services will provide access to a panel three times larger than our current French and German active samples. Along with being managed by our expert team, you will be able to access all international market data from a single, user-friendly page, with enhanced analysis capabilities through Power BI.


How We Ensure Quality

Our commitment to quality remains unwavering, we only work with proprietary samples, ensuring high-quality data and more accurate targeting.

Here’s how we maintain high standards:

  • Recruitment Validation & Bot Detection: Ensuring the integrity of our panels.

  • Regular Quality Checks: Including mismatched response checks and secondary consumer quality assessments by Vypr.

  • Extensive Consumer Profiles: Allowing for more precise targeting and recontact.


Enhanced Methodology

We’re also testing new research methodologies to provide more insightful data.

  1. Van Westendorp Pricing Analysis: This new approach is an alternative to the pricing steer and involves asking respondents four key questions about a product's pricing.

  2. Ranking Steer: An alternative to preference steer, allowing more granular ranking of items.

  3. Limited Sequential Questions: Based on the latest behavioural science, the new mini-surveys will provide deeper insights with fewer questions, reducing response fatigue.


Transition Timeline

  • October 14th, 2024: Deadline to update your private demographics with your Customer Growth Partner.

October 21st 2024 - Final switch date to managed services


How to Use the New Panels

  1. Submit Your Steers: Provide your targets and reporting criteria to our research team in the local language.

  2. Review: Receive expert guidance and suggestions for improvements from the research team.

  3. Research: Our team runs your steers with the best methodology available.

  4. Community Results: Steers are processed the same day.

  5. Interactive Results: Access your data in interactive charts and visualisations via a secure Power BI account.


Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What About My Current Licence? Your steers will be deducted from your existing UK allowance at no additional cost.

  2. How Will This Affect My Renewal? No additional costs will be applied for the managed service. This is a temporary measure as France and Germany transition to self-serve by FYE26.

  3. When Will I Get Results Back? While timelines vary based on targeting complexity, we are committed to meeting your deadlines.

  4. How Will I Receive My Results? Through a secure Power BI account, allowing you to review, filter, manage, and download your data.

  5. Is Additional Functionality Available? Yes! We're currently trialing new ranking functionality and video inputs. You can test these as part of your steer allowance.

  6. Will My Response Cap Change? The standard response cap will remain at 250, with Nat Rep at 500.

  7. Will I be able to access my past data? Yes, any past run steers and data for France and Germany consumers will continue to be accessible within the Vypr platform.
