How to Download Audience Reports in WABB
In this video, you will learn the process of downloading contact reports in WABB:
Introduction: WABB allows you to download detailed contact reports, making it easier to analyze and segment your audience.
Filtering by Creation Date:
If you want to download a report of contacts who registered after a specific date, use the "creation date" option.
Set the date from which you want to filter. For example, if you want to see contacts who joined after June 7, set that date.
Viewing the Result:
The system will display the number of people who registered after the specified date.
Download Options:
Click on "Download Report" to start the download.
The system offers options on which information you want to include in the report, such as name, phone number, registration date, tags, sequences, campaigns, and fields.
Select the desired information and proceed with the download.
With these steps, you can obtain customized audience reports in WABB, ensuring precise analysis and effective segmentation.
