Updated over 2 months ago

In this video, you will learn how the new audience filters work in Wabb

WABB has introduced three powerful audience filter options to help you manage and segment your contacts more effectively. Available in the Contacts section of your dashboard, these filters allow you to easily narrow down your contact list based on various criteria. Let’s explore each filter and how it can benefit you.

Where to Find the Filters

To access the filters, simply go to the Contacts section. At the top of the section, you'll find three filter types: General Filter, System Filter, and Custom Filter. Each filter is designed to help you target the right contacts for your campaigns.

1. General Filter

This filter lets you segment contacts based on campaign interactions and team-related data. You can filter by:

  • Tags, Campaigns, Sequences: Organize contacts based on their engagement with your marketing efforts.

  • User ID, Assigned Manager: Filter by user ID or the manager assigned to the contact.

  • Case: Sort contacts based on open or closed cases, ideal for customer support management.

Significance: Perfect for managing users based on interactions, case status, and campaign involvement.

2. System Filter

The System Filter allows you to search using basic user information, such as:

  • Phone Number, First/Last Name, Full Name: Find contacts by their personal details.

  • Subscribed: Filter by subscription status.

  • Phone Code, Email Address: Narrow your search by phone code or email.

Significance: Ideal for searching and organizing contacts using key personal data.

3. Custom Filter

The Custom Filter lets you filter based on user-defined fields, including:

  • Address, Date of Registration, DOB: Focus on specific user attributes like location or registration details.

  • And More: Extend this to any other custom field you’ve set up in WABB.

Significance: The most flexible option, allowing for highly targeted segmentation based on custom user data.

The new Audience Filters in WABB—General Filter, System Filter, and Custom Filter—empower you to filter your contacts with precision. Whether you're targeting based on campaign data, user details, or custom fields, these filters make it easier to manage your contacts and improve campaign effectiveness.
