In this video, you will learn how to create a link and/or QR code campaign in Wabb

Knowing where your contacts come from during campaigns is important. It helps you personalize your messages and better organize your contacts, especially during big events or promotions.

Steps to Identify Campaign Sources

  1. Check Your Campaigns

Go to the Campaigns section to see how many people have started the conversation and joined your campaign. You'll also see details like how many times the campaign has run and the CTR (Click-Through Rate). CTR shows how many people interacted with your campaign compared to the total number of users.

  2. Filter Contacts by Campaign

After seeing your campaign participants, go to the Contacts section. Use the filter option to search by campaign name. This will show you all the contacts associated with that campaign.

  3. View the Source for a Specific Contact

To find out which campaign a specific contact came from, click on their name to open their contact details. Under the Campaign section, youโ€™ll see the source of that contact.

Why This is Important

Identifying the source of your contacts helps you:

  • Organize your audience: You can group contacts based on the campaign they came from, which makes it easier to send targeted messages during events or promotions.

  • Personalize your messages: Knowing the campaign source allows you to send more relevant and personalized messages or offers to your contacts.

By tracking where your contacts come from, you can send more personalized messages, improve engagement, and better manage your campaigns. Use this feature to keep things organized and make your communication more effective!
