Managing multiple accounts in WhatsApp Bot Builder is essential for businesses operating across different departments. How to View and Switch Between Your Companies
1. Locate the Account Menu
In the top-left corner of your screen, you'll see a small arrow button. Click on this to open a list of all the companies you are associated with.
2. View Active and Inactive Accounts
The list will show:
Active accounts with a green dot.
Inactive accounts with a red dot.
Each account is also displayed with its logo(if you have configured) and ID number for easy identification.
3. Switch Between Accounts
To switch to another account, simply click on the company name in the list. For example, if you're currently in Test Company ID 35 and want to switch to Test Company ID 36, just click on the desired company.
4. Use the Search Bar
If you’re part of many accounts, use the search bar at the top of the menu to quickly find a specific account by name or ID.
5. Access Your Account Information via Profile Settings
You can also view your associated accounts and roles by:
Clicking on your profile icon in the bottom-left corner.
Selecting Profile Settings.
Viewing the list of accounts you are part of, along with your role (Owner, Manager, Admin).
