Automation Updates in WABB
In this tutorial, you will be informed about the new updates in the automation tab of WABB:
Interface Changes:
The options previously located on the left side are now positioned at the top.
Keyword Groups:
The "Keywords" section now allows the creation of keyword groups.
You can name the group, for example: "product-prices".
Choose the flow to be used when a specific keyword is typed.
Determine the specific keywords, such as "price", "cost", "value", etc.
Keywords recognize both uppercase and lowercase letters.
Conditions:
Define the activation condition of the keyword, such as "contains".
This means that if the keyword is at the beginning, middle, or end of the user's message, the corresponding flow will be activated.
These updates offer more flexibility and precision in automation, allowing you to customize the user experience according to specific keywords.
