Conversation Flows Updates in WABB
In this video, the new updates in the conversation flow tab of WABB are presented:
Definition of Default Flows:
The conversation flow tab now allows you to define:
Welcome flow
Default response flow
Default media flow
Simply hover over the desired option and select an existing flow or create a new one.
When creating a new flow, it is automatically connected and ready for editing.
Organization of Flows:
Introduction of folders and subfolders for better organization.
Facilitates the categorization and access to different flows.
These updates significantly improve the organization and management of conversation flows, making the creation and modulation of automated conversations more intuitive.
