How to Create a Campaign in Wabb
Creating a campaign in Wabb is quick and simple, allowing you to engage your audience, promote offers, or share updates.
Follow these easy steps to set up and share your campaign.
Step 1: Start a New Campaign
Log into your Wabb account and navigate to the campaign section. Click on “Create New Campaign” to get started.
Give your campaign a clear, relevant name—such as “Valentine’s Day Promo” or “New Year Offer” etc.—so you can easily identify it later.
Step 2: Choose Your Campaign Flow
Next, select the flow for your campaign. The flow determines the automated messages or actions triggered when someone interacts with your campaign. For example, if you're promoting a New Year Offer, choose the relevant flow you have created for this campaign from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Define the Trigger Phrase
The trigger phrase is the message that users will send when they click your campaign link or scan the QR code. For instance, you might use a phrase like “Tell me more about your New Year Offer!”.
Important: Avoid ending the phrase with a period, exclamation point, or question mark. Punctuation is allowed in the middle, but not at the end.
Step 4: Create Your Campaign
Once you've named your campaign, selected the flow, and defined the trigger phrase, click “Create”. Your campaign is now live and ready to be shared.
Step 5: Share Your Campaign Link or QR Code
To share your campaign, you can either copy the campaign link or download a QR code:
Copy the Link: Click “Copy Link” and share it on your website, social media, or in emails.
Download the QR Code: Click “Show QR” to print or digitally share it. Users can scan the QR code to access your campaign directly.
Step 6: Monitor Your Campaign
Once your campaign is live, it's important to track its performance. Focus on these key metrics:
Participants: This shows how many users engaged with your campaign. It helps you understand its reach and effectiveness.
Runs: This indicates the number of times your flow has been triggered. It helps you track how often your automated messages are being used.
CTR (Click-Through Rate) %: This shows the ratio of flow runs to the number of users who interacted with the campaign. A higher CTR means better engagement.
By following the simple steps outlined in this guide, you can launch a personalized campaign, track its performance, and make adjustments as needed for better results. Whether you’re promoting a special offer or connecting with your customers, Wabb’s campaign features provide the tools you need to succeed.
