In this video, you will learn how to identify read and unread conversations in the Live Chat of Wabb

Identifying read and unread messages is crucial for managing your conversations effectively. Here’s how you can do it:

1. Message Status Indicators

  • Double Ticks: When a message is sent and delivered, you’ll see two gray ticks. These turn purple when the message is read, provided the recipient's read receipts are enabled in their WhatsApp settings.

2. Identifying Unread Messages

  • Green Dot Indicator: In your chat list, a green dot next to a conversation indicates that there are unread messages. This helps you quickly identify which chats need attention.

3. Managing Conversations

  • Click to Mark as Read: Clicking on a chat with a green dot will mark the messages as read, and the dot will disappear.

By using these indicators, you can efficiently manage your chats and ensure no messages are missed. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our support team through the help center chat.
