Fast replies are a crucial feature for enhancing communication efficiency and handling frequent inquiries quickly. Here's how to set them up and use them:
Steps to Implement Fast Replies
Access Fast Reply Settings:
Create a New Fast Reply:
Click on the "Create New Reply" button.
A dialog box will appear asking for the name of the fast reply.
For example, name it "Service Packages" and enter the content as show in screenshot:
Using Fast Replies
In Live Chat:
Go to the live chat and click on the fast reply button [it would be great if we can use the picture of fast reply shortcut here].
Select the desired fast reply from the options to send it directly into the chat as shown in below screenshot:

Alternatively, type "/" in the chat, and a list of fast replies will appear. Simply select one to send.
