If you need to clear your audience and start fresh on Wabb, deleting all contacts is a quick and easy way to do so. This guide will walk you through the steps to delete all your contacts and provide some important things to consider before proceeding.

Steps to Delete All Contacts in Wabb

Follow these simple steps to delete all contacts from your Wabb account:

  1. Access Settings:

    • From your Wabb dashboard, go to the Settings section.

  2. Select Company:

    • Within the settings menu, click on Account.

  3. Locate the Contact Database Section:

    • Under the Database section, find the Contact Database and click on clear button.

  4. Confirm Deletion:

    • When you click on the Clear button. A prompt will appear asking you to confirm the action.

    • To confirm, type Agree in the text box and then click on the Delete button again.

  5. Confirmation:

    • Once the process is complete, you’ll see a pop-up message saying "Contacts Cleared" from the bottom right of your screen. This confirms that all contacts have been successfully deleted from your database.

Important to Note:

  • Irreversible Action: Once you delete all contacts, the action is permanent and cannot be undone. Ensure you really want to delete the contacts before proceeding.

  • Post-Deletion: After deleting your contacts, you will need to:

    • Upload a new contact spreadsheet to repopulate your audience, or

    • Wait for people to message you so they can be added back to your audience one by one.

Deleting all your contacts on Wabb is simple but permanent. Make sure you're certain before proceeding with this action.
