In this article, we will guide you through the steps to update your company’s name, time zone, and image on Wabb. Whether you're adjusting company details for rebranding or aligning your operations with a new time zone, it’s easy to make these changes.
Accessing Company Settings
To start editing your company data, follow these steps:
From the Wabb dashboard, go to the Settings tab.
Under the settings menu, click on Accounts.
Editing the Company Name
Changing your company’s name in Wabb is straightforward:
Click on the Edit button next to your current company name.
Enter the new company name you wish to use.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Your company’s name will now be updated across the platform.
Updating the Company Image
To personalize your company’s visual identity:
Scroll down to the Company Image section in the Company Settings page.
Click on the Add Picture button under the current image placeholder.
Choose a relevant image file from your computer or device.
Click Open to upload the new image.
Your updated company picture will now be displayed, giving your Wabb profile a fresh, personalized look.
Adjusting the Company Time Zone
It’s crucial to set the correct time zone, especially if you're using features like sequences, smart delays, or scheduled broadcasts. Follow these steps to adjust your company’s time zone:
Under Settings, locate the Office Hours section.
Click on the Change Time Zone option.
Select the appropriate time zone for your company from the dropdown menu.
Hit Enter or Save to confirm your selection.
Note: This time zone will serve as the default for scheduling messages, broadcasts, and automated delays. If your business operates across multiple regions, this ensures that your communications reach your audience at the correct local time.
