Updated over 3 months ago

In this video, you will learn how to subscribe and remove customers from sequences through the flow in Wabb

Sequences in WhatsApp Bot Builder make it easy to automate communication based on your users’ needs and preferences. With Sequences, you can send messages on a set schedule, keeping your users engaged without manual effort. Here’s how to subscribe and unsubscribe users and tips on effective use.

Subscribing Users to a Sequence

  1. Through the Flow:

    • Use an action block to add users to a sequence directly within a flow.

    • Example: If a user selects an option like "Send it to me now," create an action block that registers them in the desired sequence for ongoing communication.

  2. Using the User Card:

    • Open the user card and go to the Sequences section.

    • Select the sequence you want the user to join. This can be helpful if you’re manually managing users.

Unsubscribing Users from a Sequence

  1. Through the Flow:

    • Set up a keyword like "#stop" to allow users to unsubscribe easily.

    • Create a flow that confirms their choice and uses an action block to remove them from the sequence.

  2. Using the User Card:

    • Go to the user card, select the Sequences section, and click "X" next to the sequence name to unsubscribe the user.

Timing Your Sequences for Maximum Impact

  • Set schedules in your sequences to reach users at optimal times. For example, choose times that align with your user’s time zone or preferences for a better experience.

  • Test different intervals for sequences to find the right frequency without overwhelming users.

Benefits of Using Sequences

  • Efficient Communication: Automates messages to meet user needs without extra work.

  • Enhanced Engagement: Sends relevant information at the right time, improving overall interaction.
