In this video, you will learn how to use buttons in flows in Wabb
Buttons in WhatsApp Bot Builder (WABB) enhance user interaction by providing easy navigation options. Hereβs a step-by-step guide to setting them up effectively:
1. Start with a Welcome Message
Use a content block to greet the user warmly and ask for their name.
Save the user's name in a user field to address them personally in subsequent messages.
2. Add a Menu Block
Click on the "+" button to drag a Menu Block onto your canvas.
Connect it to the previous content block to ensure a seamless flow.
3. Configure the Menu Block
Click on the menu block to choose between "Buttons List" or "Answers List."
Enter your question, such as "How can I help you today, [First Name]?"
Set the button title, e.g., "View WhatsApp Menu."
4. Define Button Options
Add options like "View Option A," "View Option B," etc.
For each button, consider adding a brief description, such as product details or next steps.
5. Connect Button Options
Each button will have a separate connection point. Link these buttons to various blocks to direct users based on their selection.
6. Testing the Flow
Create a test keyword group in the automation settings.
Use this keyword to trigger the flow and test its functionality.
Alternatively, send the flow directly to your contact for testing and feedback.
Example of Button Menu
