Updated over 3 months ago

In this video, you will learn how the Randomizer block works in Wabb

The Randomizer Block is a versatile tool in WhatsApp Bot Builder (WABB) that allows you to split user traffic into different paths. This enables you to test multiple message variations and diversify your broadcasts.

Why Use the Randomizer Block?

  • A/B Testing: Efficiently test different messages to determine which performs better, allowing for data-driven decisions.

  • Message Diversification: Avoid redundancy by varying your messages, enhancing user engagement during broadcasts.

How to Implement the Randomizer Block

  1. Access the Randomizer:

    • Click the + icon at the bottom right of the canvas.

    • Select "Randomizer" from the menu and drag it into your flow.

  2. Configure the Randomizer:

    • Set up multiple options as needed, ensuring the total percentage equals 100%.

    • For example, you can have two options with 50% each or five options with 20% each.

    • Each option will create a connection point to link various blocks.

  3. Use Cases:

    • A/B Testing: For optimal results, use equal percentages for different paths to accurately measure performance.

    • Diversified Broadcasts: Create multiple paths with varied initial messages to keep your communication fresh and engaging.

  4. Evaluating Results:

    • Track engagement metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, or response rates for each path to assess effectiveness.

    • Use this data to refine your messaging strategies over time.

By effectively utilizing the Randomizer Block, you can optimize your communication strategies, enhance user engagement, and make informed decisions based on data. If you have any questions or need further assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team through the help center.
