Once I make the payment, do I have access to the platform?

After payment confirmation, you will receive your login credentials, including a temporary password and all the necessary details to get started. Our team will contact you promptly to guide you through a personalized onboarding process on a Gmeet or Zoho Meeting.

How many broadcasts can I take per day?

WABB imposes no restrictions on the number of broadcasts you can send in a day, however, you should gradually increase the broadcast volume. We strongly recommend using the platform responsibly by prioritizing opted-in contacts and avoiding spam. Ensure your messages adhere to Meta’s guidelines by refraining from spreading false, hateful, or inappropriate content.

Can I import contacts from different databases to send broadcast messages on WhatsApp?

Yes, you can import contacts from any database into our platform using an Excel sheet. Simply follow the template provided on our platform to upload contacts in bulk.

Is the system stored in the cloud / works from anywhere? Or... does the computer need to be on all the time?

Our tool works once you scan the QR code. After that, automation will continue even if your phone is offline.

Can you use WhatsApp Web connected in more than 1 location at the same time?

Yes, you can connect WABB and still use WhatsApp Web on another device. It supports the latest update allowing multiple devices.

It's not an app?

WABB is a cloud-based SaaS platform. There's no need to download anything—simply scan the QR code, just like you would for WhatsApp Web.

Can you use more than 1 phone number by purchasing just 1 plan?

Each license allows only one WhatsApp number, but you can add multiple agents, each with their own login. For another number, you would need to purchase a new license.

Does it have integration?

Yes, WABB supports integrations through Webhooks and APIs. We also offer native integration with Zapier, allowing you to connect with over 7,750+ apps seamlessly. Our dynamic Integration Block enables you to connect to platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Zoho, Zapier, and other CRMs, POS systems, booking/reservation software, order management tools, and more.

Additionally, using our Webhook feature, you can send WhatsApp messages from WABB via external software like Shopify, WooCommerce, Zoho, CRMs, and many others based on specific triggers, making your workflows highly efficient and automated.

Do you have a Monthly Plan?

We offer monthly Starter and PRO plans on our website wabb.in. However, the annual subscription is the most comprehensive and cost-effective option. It is renewable after 12 months under the same terms and can be paid in up to 12 installments using various payment methods.

Will you be able to configure it, or will I have to do everything myself?

When you purchase WABB, You will assigned a onboarding specialist who will help you with the initial setup and guidance. After that for any technical help you can always reach out to our support. We also have articles and videos on every feature to help you with. You will never feel left alone.

Do I get a free trial?

The first seven days after completing your payment are considered a free trial, allowing you to test WABB and determine if it aligns with your business goals. If you're not satisfied during this period, we offer a no-questions-asked full refund.

Payment methods

Can you add contacts who don't directly message you on WhatsApp?

Yes, simply navigate to the "Contacts" tab and click on "Add Contacts." A window will appear to guide you through the process step-by-step.

Is there a feature to create and redirect groups?

Not yet, but this feature will be available between March and April.

Where can I get support after purchasing the course?

During your onboarding call, you will receive support guidelines, including details about our chat and hotline services, which you can use to reach out to us at any time.

Does the system send contact cards for users to click the "send message" or "add" button?

Yes, our platform allows you to send contact cards. When the user clicks on the contact card, they will have the option to either message the contact or save it directly to their device.

Can you use fixed, business, personal, or virtual WhatsApp numbers?

Yes. WABB works with any WhatsApp number—fixed, business, personal, virtual, etc. Note: WABB does not connect to the official WhatsApp API.

Does the bot respond to keywords only or can it respond to any message as well?

In addition to keywords, our platform offers additional ways to trigger actions when someone sends a message, referred to as Default Flows:

  • Welcome Message Flow: Automatically triggered when someone messages you for the first time without using a keyword.

  • Default Message Flow: Activated when someone, who has previously messaged you, sends a message without including a keyword.

Additionally, flows can also be triggered through campaigns. When a user sends a keyword linked to a campaign, it initiates a specific flow.

Can you activate the product at another time, other than the time of purchase?

The 12-month period starts only when you activate WABB. You can choose to activate it later, within 30-45 days of purchase. The activation details, including the credentials, will be sent to you via email and WhatsApp at the time of purchase, giving you the flexibility to start using the platform when you're ready.

Are you api official?

We are an open-source platform built using Meta's libraries, which are made available to developers worldwide.

Can you integrate a payment method?

Yes, you can integrate with various payment methods using our dynamic integration block and Webhook feature.

Is it possible to access the API documentation to check compatibility with our current platform?

Does the audio appear as recorded or shared?

The audio appears as recorded at the time.

If a person changes their WhatsApp number, do they lose any data?

No, the data is linked to the license, not the WhatsApp number, so the information remains intact.

I would like to know if there is webhook integration?

See if the software you want to integrate with WABB is compatible with Zapier, Webhook or Open API. You can check this and request integration documentation through platform support.

Is there no risk of my number being blocked?

With our platform, the risk of your numbers being banned is as minimal as it is when using the official API. There is no risk of your number being blocked if you use the platform responsibly. To ensure this, avoid spamming and focus on contacting opted-in users or those who value your messages and expect to hear from you. This will minimize the chances of your messages being marked as spam or reported while maintaining the reputation and health score of your number.
